FamilyFest 23
8th July 2023

10am - 2pm
Tonbridge Castle

A brand new family festival is coming to Tonbridge in 2023. With something for every child, whether they like to party to music, get arty in the craft zone, chase bubbles in our bubble zone or spend some time in our sensory zone. There will be a magician to entertain, some party games and lots and lots of fun!

Happy Children

Fun, fun and more fun

With something for every child, from art and crafts to music and dancing. We know that children are all different, so there will be bubbles, fun activities, a dance zone, face paint and lots more!

Craft Zone

Lots of craft and messy play tables in our Craft Zone, so kids can get as creative as they want to be... and someone else will clear up all the mess when they're finished...

Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles

We have a bubble zone, where all the young people can have plenty of fun blowing, chasing and popping bubbles. And there will be plenty of bubbles in our sensory zone for those who like their bubbles a little quieter.

We are working hard to ensure that this event is completely SEND Friendly, with zones for every child to enjoy. We know not every child likes loud music, and we know not all children enjoy crafts, and with that in mind we want to create as many zones as we can so that everyone can enjoy the festival. The Event is completely accessible, with accessible toilets, changing tents and all zones on one level. Please feel free to bring any specially adapted eating tools or drinking cups and all caterers will be asked to allow you to used them if needed. We are committed to have a completely inclusive event, and welcome any suggestions or recommendations you have.

Totally Inclusive

We are working hard to ensure this event is completely inclusive, SEND friendly and accessible for all. All activities take place on one level, there will be accessible toilets, and a sensory zone for those who prefer their events a little quieter.

Sensory Zone

We are installing a sensory zone into the event, to provide a stimulating area, a calming area and a private comfort area. All zones are on one level so easily accessible,. however,  If you have any concerns, additional needs, or need additional help on the day please do let us know, we want everyone to enjoy the event!

Food and Drink

There will be food and drink available on the day. All caterers will have been asked to have child friendly food available and plenty of napkins! We do understand that some children have allergies, so please do let us know if there is something we can provide for you. We will also have bottle warming facilities on site.
